So, how does it work?

Hi, I’m Sam and I am so happy you’re here! My candles are made specifically for my little angels that grew up and experienced a less than ideal childhood, but still continue to shine the brightest, give all of the love they have to offer, and share the biggest smiles with the world — despite everything that has been thrown their way. Shadow work prompts are one way we can bring up the parts of ourselves that are now hindering different aspects of our lives (relationships with ourselves and others, body image, people pleasing, emotional regulations, etc.).

NXT’s candles are a five layered candle which consists of one locket in each layer; or five lockets throughout the entirety of the candle.

Each locket contains a QR code that you will scan to bring you to your prompt. After scanning the QR code, you will be asked to enter a password to reveal your prompt. This password can be found on the back side of your QR code.

Each locket reveals a different and unique shadow work prompt that will continue to get deeper as you venture further into the candle. As the candle burns down, a locket will be revealed which you will then remove from the candle to open. The locket will contain two important key pieces of information,

(1) a QR code to direct you to the designated page with your prompt

(2) a password to enter the page

Once you access the page, you will be met with a prompt, which will have anywhere from 3-6 parts to the question.

You will journal through these prompts as they begin to uncover and reveal parts of your shadow self. It can be uncomfortable, but that means you’re being honest with yourself and growth is happening.

Once you finish with all parts to a prompt, you will see a button that says “next prompt”. Once you hit this button, you will once again be asked to enter a password. This password can be found in the next locket in your candle. And you will repeat this process 5 times throughout the entire candle.
