YOU MADE IT THROUGH! You should be so so incredibly proud of yourself. This is such hard work and you have dedicated the time and effort it takes to heal your wounds. If you feel inclined to do so, I would love for you to write a letter to your younger self now that you have worked through all these prompts. What do they need to hear?
